Human Resource (HR) Manager
Experience: 2-4 yrs
Locations: Sector 67, Mohali
Responsibilities:
• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
• Recommend strategies to motivate employees
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts

Business Development Executive
Experience: 0-2 yrs
Locations: Sector 67, Mohali
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct online research to identify potential clients and projects on various platforms like freelancing marketplaces.
2. Prepare and submit competitive bids, proposals, and quotations to secure projects.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication follow-up.
4. Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries.
6. Assist in the development of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
7. Maintain detailed records of bids, projects, and client interactions in CRM software.
9. Report on sales activities, progress, and results to the sales manager.
Requirements:
a. Proven experience in online bidding and inside sales, preferably in the IT or services industry.
b. Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or similar.
c. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
3. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
4. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
5. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
6. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Laravel development
